Advantages:

Хороший новый дом в стиле барнхаус. Внутри и снаружи очень уютно. Места не много но семья с двумя детьми поместилась вполне удобно ( но думаю это максимум) Для проживания все есть. Уличная веранда это бомба, чан с теплой водой на любителя (не решились испытать). Снаружи уютная уличная подсветка. Вокруг ни души. Хозяйка общительная. Да и если на машине, то можно подъезжать на склон на верхнюю станцию

Disadvantages:

С учетом что участок находится отдельно проблема с дорогой после снегопада (сложно проездная), ну и для проживания нужен автомобиль,чтоб ездить в город и на склон. Ходить далековато. Рядом строится баня
