Второй этаж спальня. На территории баня 6/6 метров, топлю сам, цена 1500₽ в час, минимум 3 часа. Также есть парковка на 4 авто, горка и качели для детей. На улице кирпичный комплекс барбекю, где можно пожарить шашлык и приготовить блюда в казане.
