Второй этаж спальня. На территории баня 6/6 метров, топлю сам, цена 5000р.3 часа.Также есть парковка на 4 авто, горка и качели для детей. На улице кирпичный комплекс барбекю, где можно пожарить шашлык и приготовить блюда в казане.

Advantages:

Выгодное, удобное, комфортное размещение со всеми удобствами рядом с рекой. Хорошая, ухоженная территория с возможностью поставить автомобили (у нас было 3). Есть всё для приготовления еды как в доме, так и на улице. Можно заказать баню, но мы не успели. Мы располагались всего две ночи,очень хотелось посмотреть чудесную природу края - пешие и водные маршруты начинаются как раз недалеко от дома. Чувствуется, что Виталий тщательно готовит дом к приезду гостей (мы не нуждались ни в чём). Объясняет все остающиеся детали при встрече. Спасибо большое за приём!! Охотно вернёмся!!
